It’s been a busy couple of weeks, and I suspect that things are only going to get busier as the summer goes on.
I have been writing my butt off this month. I have to be honest, after launching the books that I wrote on Amazon and Smashwords last month, I was pretty discouraged. I didn’t see much success in writing things that you had to sell on the marketplace, especially after making a pretty decent amount of money through commissions. But after the releases I was able to bang out at the beginning of this month, I feel a lot better about going down this road of publishing. Within the first eight days of this month, I have passed the amount of money that I was able to make last month, so that is a pretty good sign for me going forward. I think the amount of stuff that you end up publishing makes a pretty big difference in the amount of money that you make, so you all can expect some more smut coming down the tubes very shortly.
I don’t want to focus all of my time on the stuff that will be sold on Amazon and Smashwords. I will be putting a lot of effort into getting content on my Patreon this month and next as well. With membership as low as $1, you will be able to have access to my stories before I post them here on my site, as well as have diary entries that you won’t find on here. With the higher tiers, you will find exclusive content such as stories that won’t be published anywhere else, confessions, and access to all of my published work so that you don’t have to go through Amazon or other retailers. As always, there will be stories that will be posted here, and there will be occasional diary entries here and there, but you will be finding more and more content from me on other platforms rather than finding everything here on my website.
That doesn’t mean that you will find all of my old content behind a paywall. I did decide to publish my Mads stories in E-Book form, but I don’t see myself trying to make it harder for you readers who have already been here. The other thing that I want to mention is that I still mainly write erotica for enjoyment, but with my current living situation, I just can’t find myself writing for free anymore. I need to make sure to look out for myself as well as all of you, so that is why this transition is happening.
